OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES. To enter the Certco and Old Wisconsin® “Go Snack Go Green Bay Packers®” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), each entrant must be a legal resident of Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota or Wisconsin and located in the United States at the time of entry. To be eligible, entrants must also be 18 years of age or older as of August 10, 2009.

2. TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on August 10, 2009, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (CT) on September 25, 2009 (“Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, go to www.owpromos.com/cert and follow the on-screen instructions to enter the Sweepstakes. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. (CT) on September 25, 2009. Limit one (1) entry per person/household. Certco and Carl Buddig & Company (“Sponsors”) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agencies, and their respective partners (collectively, the “Sponsor Affiliates”), do not assume any responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected entries or for entries submitted in a manner that is not specifically provided in these rules; all such entries will be disqualified.

3. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): Four (4) Grand Prizes: Two Green Bay Packers home game and Atrium tailgating tickets for the November 15, 2009 game vs. Dallas Cowboys® (ARV $500); Four (4) First Prizes: an Official NFL® football autographed by a starting Green Bay Packers player (ARV $125); Four (4) Second Prizes: a Green Bay Packers mini helmet autographed by a starting Green Bay Packers player (ARV $50); Four (4) Third Prizes: a $25 gift card to the Packers® Pro Shop (ARV $25). Total ARV: $2,800.

4. WINNERS: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 1, 2009, from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by mail. If prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting. Winners must comply with all Sweepstakes rules as published.

5. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the U.S. residing in Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota or Wisconsin. To be eligible, entrants must also be 18 years of age or older as of August 10, 2009. Employees of the Sponsors and Sponsor Affiliates, or any of the members of their immediate families (defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren) or same household of each are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Only Certco stores: Woodman’s and Sendik’s in the above states are participating in the Sweepstakes.

6. GENERAL RULES: Neither the Sponsors nor the Sponsor Affiliates assume any responsibility for incorrect entry information, including, but not limited to, human or technical error. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. All aspects of the prizes are nontransferable, and no substitutions are allowed except at the Sponsors' sole discretion. Entrants, by their participation, and winners, in accepting the prize, agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsors and the Sponsor Affiliates from any and all claims of liability and waive any and all claims of liability of any kind whatsoever against the Sponsors and the Sponsor Affiliates regarding any accident, loss, injury or death occurring from this Sweepstakes or in any way related to the prize or use/misuse thereof or while traveling to and/or from a location to obtain or use a prize. Neither the Sponsors nor the Sponsor Affiliates make any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of any prize including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, rerouting or acts of any government or authority.

7. INTERNET USAGE: The use of any automated launching or entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the participant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event that the Sweepstakes is cancelled or terminated prior to the stated end date, the Sponsors reserve the right to have the Judge select the winners for the Sweepstakes in a random drawing from among all eligible, nonsuspect, entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation/termination. Proof of entering information on Sponsor’s website is not considered proof of delivery or receipt by Sponsors. The Sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsors are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers or service providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsors on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a potential winner based on an email address, the potential winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

8. Winners, in accepting their prizes, consent to the use of their names, addresses (city, state), photographs and likenesses for purposes of advertising, trade and promoting in any and all media on behalf of the Sponsors, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. WINNERS LIST: To receive a winners list available after October 1, 2009, mail a separate self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Certco/Old Wisconsin Go Snack Go Green Bay Packers Sweepstakes Winners List, 2215 Union Avenue, Sheboygan, WI 53081. Requests must be received by October 30, 2009.
